RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns. Exchanges are not encouraged. Exceptions can be made, and are handled on a case by case situation. All approved exchanges must take place within 48 hours of purchase and must be redeemed for an item of equal or greater value. This is due to the nature of how we pay our artists and produce our pieces. Please email us with any questions in regards to products prior to ordering.
Exchanged items must arrive in original and unused condition with original packaging intact. All custom-made items, special orders, opened items, items returned without all original packaging, and sale items are non-returnable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
In the case that an exception is made for an exchange or return, shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
The Patternbase is not responsible for packages that are returned to us due to missed deliveries or incomplete addresses. It is the customer's responsibility to to accept/pick up the package upon delivery. We do not refund those orders, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay the additional shipping and handling fee to have the package sent out a second time. Please double check to confirm that your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen packages. In the instance of a lost or stolen package, it is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the Post Office.
Please be aware you may be charged a tax on all goods shipped. It is not our responsibility to pay any taxes that may be incurred when picking your package up from customs. For more information on international shipping costs, please contact your local Post Office.
